About Me
I'm passionate about walking alongside individuals, couples, and families of all ages as they carry their wounds and seek healing and wholeness.I believe deeply that we are not meant to journey alone. Sometimes we need a safe, compassionate space where we can be fully seen and heard—just as we are—while we explore what weighs most heavily on our hearts and minds. Together, we can uncover your inherent strength, clarity, and peace.Over the past ten years, I've had the privilege of supporting people in many different seasons of life, including several years working closely with college students and young adults through advocacy, mentorship, spiritual accompaniment, and community-building. Much of that time was spent with Baby Steps, a nonprofit that empowers college students facing unplanned pregnancies. These experiences deepened my commitment to meeting people exactly where they are and helping them move toward hope and growth.As an Associate Licensed Counselor, I provide therapy under the supervision of Sara Parker, a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 25 years in the field.
